A game of specialisms. Each position is different from the next and so the game naturally celebrates diversity, no matter an individual's skillset or experience. Furthermore, as a non-mainstream sport, it's centered around a supportive and social environment creating a platform where people of all ages feel like they can belong.

Activitating

Multi-directional and leveraging a wider range of physical skills compared to other sports, Flag Football is not only a social platform but also one for fitness. In an hour athletes can expend as much as 400 calories, run 3000 steps and activate nearly every muscle group in some capacity. There are few sports that can offer the same to participants.

Both strategic and tactical, Flag Football supports atheltes with mental agility. Decision making, situational adaptation, coordination, leadership and team work are all core facets of the game and important life skills too for any individual.
